All products are sold with the understanding that the Purchaser has independently determined the suitability of such products for its purpose.

We shall honor the manufacturer’s technical evaluation of suspected material and at no time will be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the defective product or in any way be liable or responsible for consequential or incidental damages. Simple Solutions International will issue credit to the customer when we have received the credit from our supplier.

No salesman, representative, or agent of SSI is authorized to give any guarantee, warranty or make any representation contrary to the above.


We reserve the right to specify the routing of shipments.

Every effort will be made to ship in 3-5 days on receipt of order. If complete shipment is required, state: “ship complete- no backorders.” If there is a delay of more than 2 weeks you will be notified and advised of options available.

Product Returns & Order Cancellations

All products sold by Simple Solutions International (except EC Series Plotter Blades) are returnable only in accordance with the warranty provisions hereof. Before returning any product, Purchaser must obtain an AUTHORIZED RETURN NUMBER (ARN) by contacting our Returns & Service provider by using the form below or by calling (800) 866-8440. Credit will not be issued on unauthorized returns. Note: All Sales Final and No Returns on EC Series Blades.

Orders cannot be cancelled except upon terms that willfully compensate Simple Solutions International against loss.
